About this role:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will spearhead the sales function of Adaptalift Truck Rentals by leading the delivery of our safe, comfortable and reliable fleet of modern trucks and equipment into new and existing markets, nationwide.


Leading an expert national team of sales professionals, you will drive and attain growth targets by identifying, closing and onboarding new fleet customers.

This will involve developing and nurturing multi-level relationships across targeted organisations and converting these into profitable sales through your management of proposals and tenders.

Your account management prowess will come to the forefront once new customers are onboarded as you ensure the highest service standards are delivered across all aspects of the customer lifecycle.


Our office location is in Truganina, however, naturally this role will see you travelling interstate to engage with customers onsite and with your team, while working in a hybrid structure.

    B2B sales and account management roles.
  • Runs on the board developing
    strategic business development plans and executing them through strong leadership of a sales team.

Aligned experience within the transport industry: This could involve experience in truck, trailer, and accessory sales.

Exemplary multi-level relationship building and management skills: You have an adaptive communication style, and sophisticated written and verbal presentation skills.

Proven leadership prowess in team engagement:You can bring your people on a journey and sustain their motivation to deliver results.
