We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Highgate Group Australia.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to build relationships and grow sales with existing and new customers across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts in collaboration with our team in Victoria.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to develop strong relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Proactively make telephone calls to generate and follow up on sales leads, with a focus on closing deals.
  • Identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Promote Highgate Group's products and solutions to customers, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Demonstrate a driven and persistent attitude, while upholding company core values and standards.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team and business development managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and update information regularly in our CRM system.
  • Work autonomously with a self-motivated and determined approach, collaborating effectively inside and outside the organization.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Reliable and professional, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Utilize a strategic sales approach to increase customer spending while maintaining margins.
  • Ability to actively listen and comprehend customer needs and requirements.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional ability to work independently, with a proven track record in remote capacities.
  • Current driver's license with a good driving record.
