We'd love for you to find out what we're all about Our largest Sports, Aquatic and Community Centre at Victoria Point (Eastern Suburbs / Bay Region) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Centre Manager on a Full-Time basis to manage this diverse Fitness, Gymnastics and Aquatic facility.
The responsibilities of this position include: Operational Management Financial Management (budgeting, financial reporting and cash control) Public Relations and Marketing Quality Assurance and Customer Service Performance Monitoring.
Pool operations Strategic and Business Planning Community Liaison Program Growth and Development Involvement in the YMCA Network Research and Development The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualifications in business or leisure/sports management or a related field Proven track record (Minimum of 5 years' experience) in operating an Aquatic and Health and Fitness facility Strong administration and organisational skills Industry experienced in all facets of staff management, financial management, marketing, risk management and program and service development Current First Aid and CPR certificate Pool operators Certificate – Desirable (Willing to obtain)Ability to work with a minimum of supervision and work to deadlines Willing and able to work flexible hours as determined by the business and requirements of the Centre We are also looking for the Centre Manager who is:
