Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to join our team. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our centre, ensuring that we meet our compliance and financial targets.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the centre's operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and improve centre performance.
- Mentor and support educators to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You
- You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- You have a current Working with Children's Check.
- You have experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in early childhood education.
- You are passionate about delivering high-quality services and have a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
