We are seeking a values-driven Centre Manager who will strategically develop and manage client-centred service delivery, operations, and people of Townsville AOD Service to ensure inclusivity is provided in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure services are inclusive, accessible and responsive for our diverse participants.
- Deliver state agendas and operational/local plans aligned to national agendas.
- Oversee practice and service delivery.
- Line management & supervision of staff.
- Ensure recruitment of quality & qualified workers.
You will have a Degree qualification in social work, welfare, community development or related field OR demonstrated high level of sector knowledge and skills attained through previous appointments, service and study/development.
Relevant experience in a social service environment including in leading and supervising staff.
A QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) is required.
