  3. Program Development: Develop and implement innovative educational programs that promote the holistic development of each child.
  4. Foster a Supportive Environment: Create a supportive and inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and respects the individual needs of children and families.
  5. Collaboration with Parents: Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure open communication and partnership in the child's learning journey.
  6. Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the educational programs and implement improvements as needed.
  7. Professional Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a passion for early childhood education.

About You

  1. Qualifications: Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education
  2. Experience: Previous Centre Manager experience is essential
  3. Skills: Budget and financial accountability experience, Current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates, Current Working with Children Check
