This business is one of the largest and most influential transport management companies in Australia.
They provide a complete end to end transport solution for organisations of all sizes and profiles and through their size and buying power with hundreds of freight carriers, they are able to offer their customers an efficient and cost effective alternative for all domestic transport needs.
They have offices in every major city around Australia and they have enjoyed a significant year on year growth rate over the last 4 years which has seen the sales team almost double in size.
Position
The position of Business Development Manager is now available to add to the team in Sydney.
As a solutions consultant, you will be tasked with identifying each prospective clients logistics and supply chain needs and requirements, their current pain points, and areas where efficiency and cost can be improved.
The major benefit of working for a freight management company like this, is the ability to align your client with the best and most suitable carrier, and you have the choice of hundreds.
On offer is a generous salary package + uncapped commission that should see you earning in excess of $200k p.a
Candidate
It would be an ideal advantage to have a background selling domestic transport solutions. Any prior experience selling general interstate road freight, air freight, or any freight solution to the mid market client spending over $400k per annum would be highly regarded.
We are looking for a dynamic professional, who can work as part of a team, but also autonomously. A candidate who is comfortable selling at all levels with a true ability to consult and sell solutions.
A highly motivated individual who generally wants to progress their career and earn a significant level of income is desired.
