Return to Work Specialist - Workers Compensation, Personal Injury | Melbourne or Geelong

By joining our high performing team in Melbourne or Geelong you will be part of a fast-paced environment dedicated to providing outstanding service innovative thinking and return to work support.
You'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating return to work programs
- Ability to obtain early return to work outcomes
- Recovery and Return to work focus and an ability to influence providers and treating practitioners to achieve return to work outcomes
- Ideally WorkSafe or TAC Training
- Ability to contribute to a positive working environment and team culture
- Flexible approach to claims management strategies
- Proven ability to break down return to work barriers
Important to your success:
- A degree or tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health field e.g. (Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation Counselling/Psychology/Nursing) is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in either personal injury, disability or health industry
- Experience in Workers Compensation or Occupational Rehabilitation highly desirable
- Excellent communication, problemsolving and decision making skills
- Highly developed skills in coaching, influencing and relationship building
- A drive for change and continual improvement
