This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Melbourne and make a positive impact on people's lives. As a Return to Work Specialist, you'll work closely with our claims teams to provide specialist assistance and support.
Your Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and coaching to claims team members on all aspects of claims management strategy.
- Work collaboratively with case managers to develop safe and sustainable return to work outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with occupational rehabilitation providers to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Provide specialist advice on complex claims strategy and undertake return to work activities, including direct engagement with external stakeholders.
- Review and provide feedback on current claims management practices to identify emerging trends and areas for improvement.
We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in claims and/or injury management. You'll have a sound understanding of legislative and commercial contract requirements, as well as the ability to accurately interpret relevant legislation.
You'll also have experience in providing training and coaching to improve the capability of claims team members.
