Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage a portfolio of claims, providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders and supporting injured workers to recover and return to work.
- Work collaboratively with designated specialist roles, including RTW Specialists, Technical Specialists, Clinical Advisors, and Mobile Case Managers, to ensure comprehensive support for workers and employers.
- Provide workers compensation advice and guidance to stakeholders, including workers, employers, and providers.
- Assist workers and employers with the claim process, engaging appropriate support services as needed.
- Collaborate with the broader EML team and WorkSafe to support positive outcomes for injured workers.
- You're passionate about customer service and thrive in a team environment.
- You have experience managing claims in the workers compensation industry or other personal injury environments.
- You're knowledgeable about the Victorian workers compensation scheme, legislation, and policies.
- You're organized, with excellent time management skills.
- You're committed to supporting injured workers with their recovery and return to work.
