Due to a substantial increase in workload over the last 18 months, the company is now seeking another Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their team.


About Your New Role


Supporting a number of business professionals, you will face a variety of daily, weekly and monthly administration challenges that will make your day fly.


These challenges will relate to:

  • Completing, collating and dispatching a range of paperwork and reports relating to their clients/industry
  • Speaking with clients on the phone and providing them with assistance
  • Basic accounts work including filing and data entry
  • Providing general administrative support relating to varying ongoing projects

About You


Due to the nature of the work, it will be imperative that you have worked within a corporate environment where confidentiality, professionalism, presentation and quality service are the norm.

Confidence with "numbers" will also be a big help.

The five key skills/attributes that will assist you to make a positive impression within this team are:

  • Your high attention to detail
  • Your highlydeveloped MS Word & MS Excel skills
  • Your excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Your willingness to attend external training sessions to broaden your knowledge
This role is targeted at someone with a few years work experience within a corporate business. This may be a Legal Firm, Real Estate Agent, Financial Planner, Insurance Broker or Accounting Firm.

A salary in the range of $55,000 to $65,000 plus superannuation could be expected by the successful applicant.
