Real Estate Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist to join our dynamic Real Estate team in Newcastle and Warners Bay areas. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the sales and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients, answer calls, and respond to emails
  • Prepare files for new listings, manage diaries, and coordinate stationery supplies
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and provide administrative support to the team
Requirements:
  • Previous administration experience is advantageous
  • A keen interest in Real Estate and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work well under pressure, and be a team player
