We have a fantastic opportunity in the Enterprise Risk, Resilience and Compliance team for a permanent, part-time position (3 days per week) as a Team Coordinator, reporting to the General Manager - Enterprise Risk, Resilience and Compliance, sitting within our Strategic Services Group.
The purpose of the Group Risk, Resilience and Compliance function is to enable the business to navigate uncertainty, manage complex risks and to adapt and thrive when managing disruption events and crises.
The team focuses on working in partnership with leaders and all business units as well as a diverse range of external and industry stakeholders to deliver contemporary policies, programs and capabilities.
The Team Coordinator is responsible for directly supporting the General Manager - Enterprise Risk, Resilience and Compliance and the functional leadership team across a range of programs, projects and governance activities.
The role is initially a part time position (3 days per week) and requires a cross section of administrative, project support, coordination and engagement skills.
As the Team Coordinator, you will bring demonstrated experience in an administrative role in a corporate environment, working with diverse stakeholders, agendas and business processes.
Your organisational and problem-solving skills are second-to-none, and you have exceptional attention to detail with an ability to prioritise and reprioritise effectively in response to often rapidly changing situations.
