We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Risk Manager to join our national Operational Risk & Resilience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Governance, Compliance, and Assurance for Operational ISOs (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) which are critical to assisting the Firm meets its objectives, legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all Operational ISO projects, monitoring, governance, compliance, audit, and assurance activities.
- Coordinate all ISO Committees (ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001).
- Support the design, development, training, maintenance, and assurance of Operational Risk & Resilience Policies and Frameworks.
- Be flexible and assist with any other resilience activities needed to respond to challenges.
- Oversee controls implementation, enhancement, and maturity uplifts.
- Work with process owners to implement ISO Controls.
- Assist with implementing Risk Control Platforms (IRM).
- Coordinate Remediation projects.
- Implement Controls Testing.
- Controls reporting.
- Operational ISO Assurance support.
- Facilitate all Operational ISO committee's planning and reporting.
- Coordinate Internal & External Audits.
- An absolute passion for Operation Risk & Resilience, Governance, Risk & Compliance.
- Backgrounds in Operational Risk, Governance & Compliance, Controls & Monitoring, Project Management, Business Analysis.
- Good understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301, ISO27001.
- Strong analytical, reporting, business writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to be proactive and work independently or in a team.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet critical deadlines.
- Strong communication skills - facilitating workshops and enriching conversations, presenting to small and large groups, and facilitating day-to-day stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent report writing and document design skills to quickly distil complex content into easy-to-understand and visually appealing experiences.
- A commitment to excellence, problem fixing, and forming high-quality relationships.
