The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Risk and Compliance Administrator to join our Practice Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Risk and Compliance Team, including coordination of meetings and reporting processes, administration of compliance and quality management systems, and monitoring of compliance obligations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality and accuracy, excellent written and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a systematic approach to completing work and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and administer the firm's Risk and Quality Committee processes, including meetings and reporting processes
- Administer and support the firm's Compliance and Quality Management systems and reporting tools
- Monitor and support the firm's compliance obligations
- Maintain the firm's quality management tools, templates, and checklists
- Provide regular reporting on the operation of the firm's Compliance and Quality Management frameworks
- Support client service teams on the interpretation and application of policies and standards
