We are seeking a proactive and innovative

Operations Support Officer to assist in a fast paced environment within a growing team.

This role is a permanent full time position Monday to Friday and some travel is required.


Recent experience within a mobilisation team at a large resource company or a security, emergency response company will be a distinct advantage.


About the Role

  • To develop sustainable business relationships.
  • To develop and maintain operational systems and day to day administration duties in relation to project work.
  • To understand the site recruitment, operations, financial and client management requirements of a project.
  • To establish and maintain existing and new client relationships.
  • To promote the services the business offers to clients.
  • To provide ongoing support to the site personnel team
  • To contribute as a team member to successful company performance through achievement of Key performance Indicators.
  • To assist the business in achieving its financial, business and team targets and objectives.
  • Support the management of all personnel on site.
  • Communication with site personnel regarding leave requests, roster changes, placements, roles and other general site issues.
  • Plan to mobilise and have all project requirements covered with suitable and trained staff.
  • Be point of contact for onsite personnel emergencies
  • Demonstrated experience within a similar role
  • A strong attention to detail and success in a high volume environment
  • Knowledge of Emergency Response and Mining Industry an advantage
  • Knowledge of large resource company travel booking system an advantage
  • Experienced level of software skills for Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and seek innovative solutions to tasks
  • Ability to demonstrate strong drive, output and flexibility
  • Ability to respond occasionally out of hours
  • A friendly and approachable team mentality
