We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Admin Supervisor to join our team at Umbrella Functional Consulting & Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions and coordinating maintenance and auditing activities at our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee administrative functions and coordinate maintenance and auditing activities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for facility-related matters
  • Schedule and coordinate facility visitors and events
  • Manage audits and compliance with ISO 9001
  • Lead and develop the Service administrative support team
  • Handle office management duties and coordinate corporate events
  • Conduct recruitment and onboarding activities, train team members, and ensure performance and value discussions
  • Maintain customer service standards, manage task assignments, and facilitate inductions for contractors and internal personnel
Requirements
  • Relevant administrative qualification at tertiary level or several years' experience working in a similar level influencing role
  • Leadership skills incorporating team building and the ability to energise a team to work together towards achieving set team goals
  • Experience with audits and audit management
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
  • Advanced time management, planning, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with stakeholders
  • Highly developed administrative skills with advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office and relevant internet-based applications
