About the Role
In this role, you will be providing practical support for the Facilities Lead, in delivering building management and small services related projects that comply with all codes and regulations, meet clients and service requirements and provide a safe and secure work environment for all building occupants.
Knowledge and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have the following knowledge and experience:
  • Experience in providing support in a facilities and building services environment with an understanding of air conditioning and electrical systems and associated computerised control systems, with an emphasis on buildings which have a heritage component and are multi use public facilities.
Project planning, management and delivery skills for small projects Contractor supervision experience with particular focus on general maintenance of multidisciplinary functions.
