Job Description

Join our team at the NSW Government department in CBD as a Facilities Administration Officer for a contract position with the possibility of extension. We are looking for someone with solid administrative and communication skills to support the Procurement and Facilities team, especially during an upcoming office move. Experience in this area is a big plus. You'll work in a small, friendly team that handles diverse tasks, so being adaptable and ready to jump in is key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide various administrative services for Procurement and Facilities Unit
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Coordinate staff and visitor security access passes
  • Manage common facilities/maintenance issues
  • Assist in organizing office cleanups and packing activities for the upcoming relocation

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with SAP, facilities, procurement, and office relocation
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective stakeholder management and customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
