Client Profile

Our client is looking for an experienced hospitality facilities officer to oversee day to day office operations and support their growing team.

Their company has a strong emphasis on company culture, with an entire team dedicated to curating the office "vibe".

The client is looking for somebody who not only contributes to their energetic, supportive workplace, but also takes an active role in ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Create Beautiful Spaces
Help us out with our workstation setup and keep the space beautiful This
means moving and setting up desks, setting up meeting rooms ready for us,
ensuring spaces are kept clear and safe and being proud of the space you create.

  • Storage Management
Help us organize and monitor our laundry, lockers, garage, storage cages which
will help us know where everything is This allows us to reuse and avoid any
waste

  • Event Bump in/out
Setting up events for our staff is a fun part of what we do Get creative and
create these fun spaces for our teams. Help pack it down ready for the next
people to use as well

  • Support Vibe
  • Being part of and supporting the Vibe team will allow us all to continue to create
the world famous Vibe at Canva. Help out with our stock control and help us outwith selecting and purchasing for our spaces amongst other things.

  • Roam around our beautiful spaces and ensure the spaces are not cluttered, look
great and ready to use all of the time.

To be successful in this role you will have:
