Permanent Part Time Position

Salary:
$73,920 (Plus Super) Pro Rata

About the role


Providing administrative support in alignment with the values of Calvary Healthcare Bruce to co-ordinate, organise and enable various aspects of Allied Health service provision for healthcare consumers who visit Calvary Hospital.

What you bring

Sound oral and written communication skills including effective liaison and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to provide a competent secretariat service, including the ability to write concise, clear and coherent minutes.


A sound working knowledge of Work Health & Safety processes and procedures including auditing, education and logging of rectification jobs.

Experience in or willingness to learn general financial tasks, including invoicing, payment of accounts, and receipting.
