About the role
This position forms a dynamic and integral part of the executive team here at Calvary Bruce Private Hospital.

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive, high level administrative support to the General Manager and Director of Clinical Services.

Encompassing the mission and values of Calvary, you will be the primary point of contact to the Executive Suite.

What you bring

Essential

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

High level of secretarial, organisational and communication skills.

Experience in committee secretariat functions including minute taking.

Maintains confidentiality.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory requirement unless assessed exempt.

Highly Desirable

Previous experience in a similar role.

Previous experience in a healthcare environment.
