An exciting opportunity exists to join the specialised team at the Rhythm and Cardiac Specialists.

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a passion for health and learning more about cardiology & the unique specialisations within.

Excellent multitasking and communications skills are essential. Full-time position available - flexibility is required to work between both our Garran and Bruce clinics.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients and visitors and answering any inquiries
  • Scheduling patient appointments and procedures
  • Liaising with hospitals, GP's, specialists and healthcare representatives
  • Maintaining patients records, data entry and accounts
  • Assisting patients' with forms and necessary documentation
  • Previous medical administration or reception experience (well regarded)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification and Experience

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative in our busy clinic
  • Positive attitude with a strong attention to detail
