About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting.

Our Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service.


Your main duties will include:

To ensure you admit and discharge patients in timely manner

To greet and direct relatives/carers and inform patients of Informed Financial Consent, collect monies owed and issue receipts

To ensure the department is running smoothly along with other duties performed

What you bring

Demonstrated experience in health care Administration

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment

Ability to prioritise tasks and work under mínimal supervision

High attention to detail

Strong focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
