About the role


We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting.

Our Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service.


Your main duties will include:

To Provide administrative and clerical assistance in surgical ward

To provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers

To ensure accurate and timely patient admissions/discharges and procedures are completed.

What you bring

Demonstrated experience in health care Administration

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment

Ability to prioritise tasks and work under mínimal supervision

High attention to detail

Strong focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
