About the opportunity:

Working within a fun and dynamic team, this role seeks someone who is passionate and driven to make a difference for our students and their career success.

Working across two teams, this position will capitalise on your process-driven strengths, strong attention to detail, and outstanding customer service expertise.

In this position you will be:

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to staff and students
  • Working collaboratively with various stakeholders, providing high level customer support across the university
  • Sharing relevant information around events, services, and policies
  • Ability to apply relevant legislation to Careers UC services e.g. Fairwork, Disability, Anti-Discrimination and Privacy laws.
