The role:
We're looking for Personal Lending Bankers who are motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn. We need someone who has a real interest in the banking industry and can communicate effectively with customers.
This is a great opportunity to be part of our Personal Lending Team which is well recognised for their expertise, service and advice.

If you are interested in a career in financial services, starting as Personal Lending Banker is the first step of many towards several career pathways at NAB.
What will my day look like?
- Helping new and existing NAB customers who call to enquire about our consumer lending products with an aim to understand their needs and offering the best solution to help them.
- Providing customers accurate information and advice on NAB's consumer products while sharing your personality, knowledge and enthusiasm.
We are open Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 7:15 pm) and weekends (9:00 am - 6:00 pm) and your shifts will rotate across these hours.
What you will bring:
- Be driven by a passion to speak to customers, and surpass expectations in helping them achieve their financial goals
- Be able to navigate through multiple computer systems whilst maintaining a great phone manner and attention to detail
