About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Direct Banker to join our ME Banks team at BOQ. As a Direct Banker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our ME Business Plan by turning leads into successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage leads through the appointment, application process, and up until settlement.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end lead management process and present appropriate solutions to customer enquiries.
  • Achieve all customer outcomes with business objectives and customers' best interests top of mind.
  • Constant communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage your own portfolio in an appropriate manner to ensure customers are contacted post-settlement and beyond.
  • Work with internal partners within ME to help support a great customer experience.
About You

We are looking for a curious and motivated individual with 1-2 years of previous experience as a Direct Banker. You should have technically sound knowledge in banking products, credit assessment, and lending principles. Excellent time management, high-level customer service, and a keen eye for detail are essential skills for this role.
