The role: The regional success of the Grenadier in the commercial fleet sales sector is vital for both local and global brand achievements. Establishing a strong presence in the fleet sector will not only boost retail sales but also strengthen the interconnectedness between retail and fleet operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and expanding the Fleet Sales business for the Grenadier
  • Utilizing existing and new contacts to facilitate Grenadier's entry into the commercial fleet sector
  • Developing a comprehensive global business plan demonstrating Grenadier's value and capabilities in the fleet sector
  • Engaging with fleet clients to understand their needs and showcasing Grenadier's adaptability through engineering excellence
  • Serving as a primary point of contact to ensure fleet clients receive proper support within the global sales network
  • Managing tenders with long timelines and ensuring successful outcomes

Requirements for our Fleet Sales Manager:

  • Proven automotive industry experience in securing multimillion tenders
  • In-depth product and engineering knowledge with the ability to align commercial requirements with manufacturing operations
  • Established strong industry networks
  • Strategic thinking skills to process vast amounts of information and make informed decisions
  • Strong ideation capabilities and the knack for simplifying complex concepts
  • Effective communication skills in both personal and digital interactions
