Element Fleet Management is a leading provider of fleet management solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Fleet Partner Solution.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the entire fleet management process, ensuring seamless resolution of client requirements and delivering exceptional results.
  • Develop and present operational reports with key performance metrics to clients, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Resolve and escalate issues in a timely manner, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in portfolio management, Key Account Management, or similar positions.
  • Experience in leasing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to travel and conduct business in a fast-paced environment.
