About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate to join our Fleet Management team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth end-to-end vehicle sales process, from next maturity review to end-user billing and sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review portfolio end-of-lease maturity and provide timely requests for remarketing and sales of vehicles.
  • Coordinate vehicle collection to supplier facilities and ensure seamless customer service.
  • Escalate any additional requirements and collaborate with internal business partners to resolve process defects.
  • Document vehicle sales and meet metric expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of business experience
  • Strong problem-solving, business judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized with ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company-specific programs
