Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global business plan to showcase the viability, credibility, and capabilities of Grenadier within the fleet sector.
  • Engage with fleet clients to understand their requirements and develop bespoke solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide a single point of contact for fleet clients to ensure they are adequately catered for within the INEOS Automotive global support sales and after-sales network.
  • Lead and win multimillion tenders, leveraging your automotive industry experience and strategic thinking skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate commercial requirements into actionable plans that balance business needs with manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading and winning multimillion tenders in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent product and engineering understanding, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients.
  • Strong network and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train clients on a formal and informal basis.
