The Opportunity


Our
Business Analyst Practice will focus on enabling agility, future ways of working and delivering end to end change in line with our business and technology strategy.

You will be taking on horizontal leadership responsibilities across the Business Analysis Practice across the bank.

Do work that matters


The
Business Analysis Practice Lead role will straddle the bank's Chapter and Chapter Areas across people and capability, with a key focus on enabling the capability and uplift of the Business Analysis Community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and establish capability (People, Process & Technology) within the Business Analysis Practice to ensure the bank optimises its use of existing data and technology services
  • Drive targeted attraction, retention and engagement strategies across the Group to build the best in class Business Analysis Practice
  • Support Chapter Leads to build, lead and inspire engaged teams
  • Simplify and enhance processes and tools to enable velocity in the delivery of outcomes
  • Provide people leadership and management and defines career options available to CALs and CLs
  • Leverage metrics and data to inform continuous improvement opportunities that increase the effectiveness of the Chapter that aligns to industry standards
  • Uplifts Practice maturity by fostering a culture of sharing, learning and problem solving across the Practice
  • Facilitates the constructive resolution of conflicts which may arise both internally and externally to the Practice
  • Participates and contributes to the Business Analyst Practice and/or Chapter including maintaining technical experience commensurate with their specific Practice
