This role will see you collaborating closely with a cross functional team of Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Business Analysts, Architects, Data Engineers, and Scrum Teams to build solutions.

You will be someone that thinks big, challenges the norm, collaborates efficiently, welcomes feedback, has an eye for detail, and who is committed to delivering exceptional experiences in large Data Transformation projects and can offer implementable, innovative, and intuitive solutions to complex scenarios.

What role will you play?


This role will require you to understand business needs and high-level business requirements and convert them to technical requirements as well as identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.

You will undertake current state analysis and present technical options and recommendations using plain non-technical language, produce scope, estimations, design deliverables, mapping documents, and test plans to get to agreed target state.


What you offer

  • Technical Business Analyst background (Minimum 3 years) in the banking and financial services data.
  • Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define efficient solutions based on input from stakeholders and map technical needs to business outcomes.
  • Proficient in SQL to query and analyse data from various sources.
  • Experience on data retention project work is a benefit.
  • Alteryx experience is a benefit.
  • Experience in Regulatory, Risk, or Financial transformation.
