The Opportunity


As the Cyber Security Practice Lead, you will be building and delivering a successful Macquarie Cloud Services Cyber Security Practice.

You will be able to grow the business, lead and develop a well-established cyber security team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Defining the business plan, go to market strategy
  • Driving pipeline and delivering growth based on expanding Cyber Security revenue
  • Working with strategic partners to deliver the most costeffective solution, driving impactful ROI
  • Developing, leading and coaching a very highperforming team, driving for success across Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations

Your ideal skills & experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership role in an IT services business
  • Extensive business development experience, winning business in the midlarge Corporate IT market
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing new business development, go to market strategy
  • Solid knowledge across Cyber security solutions and products
  • Deal and contract negotiation skills
  • Strong people leader
