The Opportunity:

Would you like to contribute to delivering high-quality services that have a real impact? If so, our Scheduling Officer opportunity could be the perfect fit for you
An opportunity has become available for a Scheduling Officer to join our team, your new role will assist with the property inspection program for Junction's housing properties.
Your team is responsible for preparing vacant homes for vulnerable members of our community as well as assessing property conditions to identify properties requiring significant improvements.
Your proven skills in time management, multi-tasking, and prioritising, whilst working effectively in a multi-faceted team will assist you greatly in your new role.
A brief outline of your responsibilities would include but is not limited to managing the calendars of the Property Officers, scheduling property inspections, uploading and entering property inspection data, producing reports, maintaining system records, and processing electricity and water utility requirements.
We are seeking a motivated person who:
- Is experienced in providing administrative, customer service, or housing maintenance support
- Has had experience in maintaining records and updating systems
- Is a solutionfocused, detailorientated organiser who can manage multiple tasks at a time
- Has the ability to work professionally and maintain strict confidentiality
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric focus
