**About the Role**
We are seeking a talented Scheduling Officer to join our dynamic team as we continue to grow and process improve. This role is primarily responsible for the provision of efficient Production Scheduling on an 8-weeks to 12-weeks rolling production horizon for our Remanufacturing facility.

You have a passion for maintenance and monitoring with a technical mind. You will have a dynamic personality to engage key stakeholders and build positive stakeholder relationships with personal drive, enthusiasm and attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparation and maintenance of rolling 8-week production schedule in line with available resource and capacity.
- Monitor progress of production to schedule and modify schedules as required.
- Implement new processes and further improve current planning practices to deliver our service and inventory targets.
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time as scheduled.
- Provide operational support to external sub-contractors for repair execution, scope of works, repair times and escalations/prioritisation and re-prioritisation.
- Assist with the weekly and monthly reports, including schedule adherence and supply risk.
- Manage the provision of effective administrative services.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to think outside the box and multitasking skills
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
