What does the job look like?


Linfox is continuing its success and the Talent Acquisition team is expanding If you thrive when working in a large team, enjoy recruiting a diverse range of roles, and have operational recruitment experience then join our expanding team.

In a hybrid working environment, you will support and advise hiring managers across Australia. Based in either Essendon Fields, VIC or Erskine Park, NSW.

Key areas:

  • Consult with hiring managers to identify talent needs and to implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Proactive search (SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn, PageUp talent pools)
This is initially a 12 month contract, with ongoing potential.

You can demonstrate:

  • Proven recruitment experience gained in an Agency or Inhouse TA role
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Attention to detail
  • You can prioritise and problem solve in a fast paced environment, plus manage the expectations of Hiring Managers
  • Recruitment of professionally qualified roles is highly regarded
