Key Responsibilities- Strategic Recruitment Advisor: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies to build organisational capability and culture.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Talent Sourcing and Engagement: Utilise a variety of channels to discover top talent, including job boards, industry events, and professional networks.
- Recruitment Process Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously refine our recruitment approach.
- Proven Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in an Agency or in-house Talent Acquisition role, with a proven track record of successful recruitment.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Skills: Excellent ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Strong Communication and Influencing Skills: Ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Organisational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
