Talent and Mobility Coordinator

**About the Role**
We are excited to announce that due to our growing business, the Talent and Mobility Team is expanding and there is now and opportunity for a Talent and Mobility Coordinator. The role is to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including collaborating with hiring managers to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant processes.
To be successful in the role you will be able to:
- Oversee the recruitment process and provide high quality recruitment advice.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and with managers to identify staff requirements and specific job objectives to create job ads for current openings.
- Advertise vacancies internally and on career pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Process employee background checks in a timely manner including completing reference checks by phone as required.
- Report to hiring managers and HR Advisors on the status of open positions.
- Coach and support hiring managers to provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate.
- Participate in job fairs and careers events as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement of HR and make suggestions for more effective organisational procedures and processes.
- Communicate the ageing status of open positions and keep the Senior Talent and Mobility Manager and key stakeholders aware of issues.
- Adhere to the Quality and Safety Management System and assist with continuous improvement activities.
