  • Manage inbound and outbound customer and client enquiries and updates.
  • Provide front end support and remote trouble shooting for clients and customers.
  • Coordinating billing, invoicing and credit management.
  • Working with telephone systems, case management systems and Salesforce to input data and help with customer queries.
  • General administration tasks including data entry and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to identify improvement opportunities and drive positive change throughout the workplace.
