About the Role

The Customer Service Manager - Process Optimization will focus on analyzing the Order to Cash (OTC) end-to-end processes to ensure seamless customer experiences. This involves collaborating with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implementing efficient solutions to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze OTC processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improvements
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure OTC cycle performance
  • Lead and mentor the sales and service administration team to ensure effective process execution
  • Perform root cause analysis of OTC transactional environment and develop solutions to resolve performance and quality issues

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in SAP, Project Management software, and Microsoft Office programs
  • Bachelor of Business degree
