Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team in Scania Australia's head office based in Campbellfield.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of invoices, ensuring payments are processed in an efficient manner. Key tasks include:
- Processing invoices, ensuring timely payment within creditor agreed terms
- Supplier creation and management within Basware and Fraedom systems
- Administration of payment processing and EOM procedures
- Responding to queries related to invoice processing, payments, and EOM procedures
- Verifying payment details submitted to the bank
To be successful in this role, you will have prior accounts payable experience, general accounting knowledge, and exposure to Procure to Pay systems. You will also have good computer literacy with experience using MS Office and data entry into a centralized system. Previous experience in customer service/support roles is highly beneficial.
