An opportunity has arisen for a driven, highly organised Executive Assistant or Administration assistant looking to take the next step to coordinate the functions and workload of the Director.


DUTIES

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing including Sales Admin, correspondence, inbox and calendar management
  • Coordinate meetings, internal events and other events required by the director,
  • Run occasional personal errands as required;
  • General office administration tasks as required.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Minimum 2 years' practical EA or relevant administration experience in a corporate environment;
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communications;
  • High level of initiative, adaptability and flexibility;
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines;
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing requests and prioritise workload and support accordingly;
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
