About this role


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team responsible for processing high volume transactions using our EDI system.

As a member of this team you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing and will provide an outstanding customer service experience to all internal and external customers at Stryker.

Our team are based all over Australia, remote WFH within Australia or NZ is available for this role.
Please note you will need to be available 8:30am-4:30pm AEDT regardless of which time zone you're based in.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a first point of contact for all customer queries
  • Process high volume transactions, data entry and general problem solving
  • Work with other customer service divisions to ensure customer invoices and bookings are up to date
  • Liaise with all internal departments including sales, operations and finance to ensure best practice.

What You Will Need

  • Excellent customer service skills and a desire to help others
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, tourism or a service oriented role
  • Proven experience exceeding customer expectations and working within a team environment
  • Highly developed communication skills and experience working with a diverse range of internal and external customers and clients
  • A positive attitude
