About the role
As a Marketing Campaign Specialist within the Vocus Consumer team, you'll be responsible for bringing to life campaigns and activities for one of Australia's best-known brands, Dodo Dodo has been a key part of the Australian home services landscape for over 20 years and we're looking to elevate our bird and our business to new heights.
With a product portfolio spanning internet, mobile and energy, there's never a dull moment in the Dodo Marketing team.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to and run different aspects of the Marketing and Campaign development process as well as make a real difference through your work.
You'll be involved from start to end, taking concepts through to finished assets by briefing our agency partners and internal design teams, gathering stakeholder feedback, and delivering it effectively, gaining necessary approvals and then delivering final assets to relevant teams.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:- Working within the Marketing team and with our Marketing agency partners to deliver engaging and effective Marketing campaigns.
- Bringing campaigns to life by developing creative assets across broadcast, digital media, website and other channels that effectively communicate key campaign and brand messages.
- Contributing to our content strategy and delivering compelling content and experiences for consumers.
- Developing and maintaining the Marketing/Content activity calendar to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on key delivery dates and milestones.
- Ensuring communications align with our brand guidelines and toneofvoice, maintaining consistency across different channels and consumer touchpoints.
- Aiding in monitoring progress and reporting on success with internal/external stakeholders.
- Working with our social agency to ensure community management activities are clear, helpful and informative.
- Assisting with Marketing admin, including finance and invoicing, workflow management, etc.

As a storyteller focused on taking the consumer on a journey, you'll be joining a likeminded team who is focused on delivering outstanding experiences for our customers.
You'll bring to this role:
- Previous proven experience within areas such as Marketing/Campaign development, Media, Brand Management, Agency and Events/Sponsorship.
- Ability to strategise, write briefs and provide Marketing administration support.
- Stellar attention to detail and rigorous standards for what you'll allow to go live.
- Highly collaborative working style with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to meet targets and keep initiatives on track.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong organisation, planning and problemsolving skills.
