Marketing Campaign Coordinator

About the Role:
Pinnacle Scientific Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing targeted online and offline marketing campaigns to promote our products to universities, research laboratories, and OEM/industrial customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop marketing plans to capitalize on them;
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity;
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and events;
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or communications;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment;
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive results;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically;
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
