About the role


Channel Manager - Acquisition is a key strategic role in Telesales channel & has direct accountability for the development and execution of Strategy in Mobile Acquisition to deliver growth and NPS objectives.

The purpose of this role spans around two key accountability areas:

Transform Acquisitions and deliver outstanding sales and retentions capability to deliver strong business results

  • Accountability for developing and implementing plan to drive sales growth & conversion performance across Acquisition Channel to achieve multi product AOP targets
  • Develop key groundbreaking strategies with innovation to deliver outstanding Telesales Contact Centre customer experience
  • Drive innovation across teams and broader Telesales channel to deliver customer NPS and value growth
  • Integration with Customer Value Management (CVM) team to deliver efficient conversion outcomes for both Inbound and Outbound campaign activity

Strong focus on people and leading leaders in a high-performance Sales environment

  • Accountability for leading & developing successful teams
  • Implement mentoring framework to develop and build inspiring culture
  • Accountability for recruitment and performance management of Team Leaders and Sales consultants
  • Effective planning, reward & recognition, reporting & analysis, feedback and behavioural leadership & mentoring

About you

  • Proven experience in leading large teams in Senior Management positions in Telco, Marketing, Sales or Customer orientated role
  • Ability to drive transformation and adoption across marketing and service experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Contact Centre Sales with indepth understanding of digital demand generation, Optimisation and conversion at key points in the funnel
  • Proven track record on achieving financial targets and ability to lead teams to achieve results
  • Strong executive presence along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
