**Job Description**:
Nurture existing relationships with current MPS partners, as well as identify, recruit, and on-board new MSP partners to grow our ecosystem. Promote and sell from TeamViewer’s range of IT and OT solutions to generate long-term revenue.
- Manage existing partner relationships within our MSP network, maintain renewal opportunities, and grow account acquisition
- Identify and engage potential key partners and conduct partner enablement, including demonstrations and webinars
- Facilitate business development activities and assist with the execution of marketing and sales strategies
- Promote TeamViewer’s range of IT and OT solutions, making partners aware of technical updates or options that may interest them
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years’ experience in an account management role with proven experience building and nurturing relationships
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to manage expectations and work effectively with partners and internal stakeholders
- Experience managing accounts for a SaaS vendor is advantageous
- A business development mindset, able to identify and seek new opportunities through cold outreach
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure to achieve set KPIs
