We are looking for a passionate and results driven Telesales Consultant to help us grow our national accounts. Working closely with our national sales team, you will engage with new and existing customers, establishing strong relationships and presenting tailored offerings from our diverse portfolio of products.
We have a strong focus on recruiting and retaining the very best people in our quest to provide fantastic service to our customers and are seeking a like-minded individual to join our highly regarded team.
**Key responsibilities of this exciting, hands-on role include**:
- Managing daily outbound telephone sales to both new and existing customers
- Establishing and nurturing relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Educating our customers to have a comprehensive understanding of our product range
- Providing customers with details of our current deals and offers
- Actively promoting our quality product range and positively representing our brand at all times
- Working closely with the national sales team to support new and existing customers
- Achieving monthly call rates and sales targets
- Sales administration and database management
The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under mínimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have demonstrated skills in taking the initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.
